What is the difference between an XBox 360 Elite and XBox 360 Arcade?

My Mum has brought an XBox 360 Arcade for my sister, however she wants an Elite. What is the difference, will an Arcade be the same as Elite. Thanks to all who answer.

Arcades have no Harddrive ( Memory unit ). Whereas the Elite has 120gb harddrive (Memory unit)

There are 4 types of xbox 360. The core system has no hard driver and comes with a wired controller. The arcade comes with a wireless controller and no hard drive and is all white but does come with a game compilation disc including Boom Boom Rocket, Feeding Frenzy, Luxor 2, Pac-Man Championship Edition, and Uno. The premium comes with a wireless controller, a headset, a 60gb hard drive and has a chrome finished CD tray. The elite comes with a wireless controller, a headset, a 120gb hard drive and is black. All the new versions have HDMI compatability but the hard drive is the important part as without it you cannot save games or download games from the live arcade.

    Elite is Black
    Arcade is Off white

Elite includes hard drive: A $149.99 Value.
    Arcade: None

Elite includes Headset: A $19.99 Value
    Arcade: None

Elite includes Network cable: A $20 Value
    Arcade: None

When you do the math the elite makes more seance for $100 more. And you the Hard drive will become very needed if you plan on saving anything.
